Abacist is a bookkeeping firm specializing in services for small to medium sized businesses.  The majority of our clients are based in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, but our services are available to companies across the nation. All service packages are customized to meet the particular needs of each business. While we can typically find a way to “do it all” remotely, we are happy to collaborate with your existing in-house staff if having boots on the ground is a non-negotiable for your office.

Abacist is not in partnership with any CPA or accountant who prepares Federal Tax Returns. If you are already working with a CPA whom you are pleased with, we’d be happy to meet & collaborate with them! If you do not currently have a CPA or would like to explore working with someone new, we can provide referrals to CPA’s we enjoy working with.

Though our team has experience working on many different accounting software programs, at this time, we have decided to work exclusively with QuickBooks Online and Ajera. If your business is not currently running on one of these platforms, we will be happy to assist in transferring your current set of books over to the program of your preference.
